Chift, Brussels-based fintech startup, is building the financial integration layer for software companies and AI agents. Founded in 2022 and backed by strong investors, it already works with hundreds of B2B SaaS and unicorns across Europe.

As the first GTM Engineer, you will own the revenue data backbone, design multi-channel outbound, and partner with marketing and sales to ship AI-powered workflows that accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• +2 years in growth, RevOps, marketing operations, or as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
• Experience with modern growth stacks and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build the outbound machine with multi-channel sequences and ownership of tools.
• Launch new campaigns, events, landing pages and partner with teams to create demand.
• Bridge marketing and sales with contextual, data-driven leads.
• Own the revenue data backbone: dashboards, attribution, ROI.
• Make AE teams 5x more effective using AI-powered automation.
