Partner Company is seeking an Engineering Manager, Managed Services based in Belgium. You will lead a distributed team responsible for operating and improving modern cloud infrastructure, including managed services for customer environments built on Kubernetes and OpenStack.

The role emphasizes people leadership, technical decision-making, service delivery, and strong customer collaboration in a highly remote, international environment. Willingness to travel ~20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology or related field.
• Proven software engineering or technical operations leadership experience.
• Experience with OpenStack and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong software quality practices and testing mindset.
• Experience with Linux administration and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a growing distributed engineering team.
• Oversee delivery of managed services across customer environments.
• Establish scalable engineering and operations processes.
• Monitor team health, improve collaboration and performance.
