Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager based in Belgium to lead a globally distributed engineering team in a fully remote environment. You will blend strong technical judgment with people leadership to deliver meaningful value for users, guiding roadmap execution, technical decisions, and team development.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to balance new features, technical investments, and product quality, while removing obstacles and promoting rapid

Qualifications

• 2+ years in engineering management or equivalent leading and developing teams.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to read code and technical designs.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.
• Ability to translate requirements into engineering solutions and manage delivery risks.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage and support a team of engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Success to plan and execute the product roadmap.
• Coach engineers and develop their careers in a low-structure environment.
• Remove blockers and continuously improve team processes and practices.
• Diagnose execution challenges and adjust scope, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement and review designs and code.
• Break complex initiatives into manageable components to reduce risk.
• Hire, onboard, and develop strong contributors and engineers.
• Make decisions that optimize delivery and long-term product value.
