Netcompany Belgium is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our European tech team. You will work on complex applications, automate deployments, and drive high-availability infrastructure across hybrid environments.

You will leverage Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring stacks to ensure performance, security, and resilience while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of DevOps or related experience.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of web/application stacks and scripting for automation.
• Strong containerization/orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
• English fluency (C1+).

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex application issues with permanent fixes or patches.
• Maintain and optimize performance, data integrity, and security across environments.
• Manage and execute releases and infrastructure changes with automated deployment tools.
• Provision hybrid/cloud infrastructure components to meet evolving needs.
• Automate tasks and provisioning using IaC and orchestration platforms.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications to standardize delivery pipelines.
• Implement observability and monitoring for rapid incident response.
• Design and document disaster recovery runbooks and incident playbooks.
