Jobgether partners with a Belgium-based opportunity for a Professional Development Consultant to guide individuals toward leadership growth through structured conversations and digital outreach. The role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing development, and relationship-building within a performance-based environment.

This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling, training, and mentorship, with a global organization operating across more than 120 countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, learning and development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client relationships or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to lead one-to-one conversations.
• Self-directed, proactive, organized and capable of managing responsibilities independently with strong follow-through.
• Sound professional judgment and the ability to work effectively within established systems and processes.
• Genuine interest in continued personal and professional development.
• Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure.
• Based in Belgium and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• This opportunity is not intended for students or recent graduates.

Responsabilités

• Use digital marketing strategies and established systems to connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs.
• Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals, explore potential alignment, and provide relevant information.
• Develop professional relationships through thoughtful, personalized communication.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with interested individuals throughout the decision-making process.
• Build trust and communicate the value of relevant development opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Apply established systems, processes, and frameworks while exercising sound professional judgment.
• Independently manage your schedule, priorities, daily activities, and responsibilities.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training as part of your own continued growth.
• Maintain proactive follow-through and a professional approach throughout interactions with prospective participants.
