Job summary

Solventum seeks a Scientific Education Manager - Dental Solutions to lead clinical education and engage with KOLs across the EMEA region. You will design curricula for healthcare professionals, support content creation, and organize educational programs for clinicians and partners.

Role requires dentist degree, fluency in French and English, and strong presentation skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams and education of orthodontic and dental professionals.

Qualifications

• Dentist degree or higher and broad product knowledge across dental and orthodontic treatment processes.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in curriculum design and delivery for healthcare professionals and in Key Opinion Leader strategy and engagement.
• Strong understanding of orthodontic and dental treatment processes, including aligners, biomechanics and restorative workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to demonstrate products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with external: KOLs, clinicians, and academic advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Support creation of high-quality content that reinforces scientific evidence, education and strategic communications.
• Organise educational programs, online and face-to-face across EMEA to train customers on safe and effective use of Solventum materials.
• Present clinical and technical information globally to Solventum teams, customers, associations, and universities.
• Provide specialized clinical support to orthodontists, dentists, and advisors on complex issues related to digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, focusing on Clear Tray Aligners.
• Enhance market awareness by sharing clinical insights and gathering customer feedback.
