Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Scientific Education Manager - Dental Solutions to lead educational initiatives across EMEA. You will design curricula, engage KOLs, and deliver content on orthodontic and restorative workflows while supporting clinicians worldwide.

Remote role with up to 30% international travel, requiring fluency in French and English and strong presentation skills. Collaboration across functions and international teams is essential to advance education for dental professionals.

Qualifications

• Dentist degree or higher with broad product knowledge across dental and orthodontic treatment processes.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and delivery for healthcare professionals and in KOL strategy and engagement.
• Strong understanding of orthodontic and dental treatment processes, including aligners, biomechanics and restorative workflows.
• Highly motivated team player with strong prioritisation and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, and product demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with external KOLs, clinicians and academic advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the creation of high-quality content that reinforces scientific evidence and education.
• Organise educational programs, online and face-to-face across EMEA to train customers on Solventum materials.
• Present clinical and technical information globally to Solventum teams, customers, associations and universities.
• Provide specialized clinical support to orthodontists, dentists, and advisors on digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, focusing on Clear Tray Aligners.
• Enhance market awareness by sharing clinical insights and gathering customer feedback.

• Identify, buildandmaintainstrong relationships withexternal:Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs),clinicians, andacademic advisorsand internal stakeholders.

• Support thecreationofhigh-quality content that reinforces scientific evidence,educationand strategic communications.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Dentist degree or higher and broad product knowledge across dental and orthodontic treatment processes

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

• Profound experience in curriculum design and delivery for healthcare professionals as well as in Key Opinion Leader strategy and engagement

• Strong understanding andproduct knowledge acrossorthodontic anddentaltreatment processes,including aligners, biomechanics and restorative workflows

• Highly motivated team player withstrong skills in managingpriorities effectively

• Strong customer focus andorganisationalskills

• Excellent communication and presentation skillsas well asproductdemonstration capability
