Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group focused on digital disruption and data-driven solutions. A Manager MCX leads digital transformation initiatives, defining strategies and improving customer experiences across campaigns and operating models.

You will manage a core practice area, drive new business with a small team, and engage in knowledge sharing across industries through workshops and seminars.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy/related experience.
• Background in Strategy, Digital, Marketing, Customer experience and journey design.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe, Google ad manager, programmatic advertising.

• Define and lead digital transformation strategies for clients.
