Sia is a global management consulting group seeking a Data & Process Consultant to analyze, optimize, and implement business processes and data-driven solutions. You will lead transformation projects, bridging operations, IT, data teams, and stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

You will design data models, KPIs, and dashboards, guiding 1–2 analysts while advancing data governance and analytics capabilities across engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement.
• Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Apply BPM and data-driven solutions to client processes and data architectures.
• Lead projects and guide 1–2 analysts through delivery and adoption.
• Design data models, dashboards, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and analytics.
• Collaborate with BI, IT, and analytics teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
