Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Operation Engineer or Data Platform Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monitoring and operational management of data platforms and solutions (SQL Server and Azure Databricks).
• Guarantee system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational incidents and escalate complex technical issues.
• Monitor data pipelines and restart failed processes.
• Provide first-line support to users (access, connectivity, or data availability issues).
• Support the use of data products and services.
• Ensure operational and evolutionary maintenance of data solutions.
• Support health data coupling activities and perform ad hoc statistical analyses.
