Smals is seeking a Data Platform Administrator to manage and support data platforms within an agile team. You will ensure the reliability and performance of data systems, focusing on SQL Server and Azure Databricks, and provide first-line user support.

The role emphasizes operational maintenance, health data coupling support, and ad hoc statistical analyses. Extensive telework policy accompanies training opportunities.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Operation Engineer or Data Platform Engineer.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure monitoring and operational management of data platforms and solutions (SQL Server and Azure Databricks).
• Guarantee system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational incidents and escalate complex technical issues.
• Monitor data pipelines and restart failed processes.
• Provide first-line support to users (access, connectivity, or data availability issues).
• Support the use of data products and services.
• Ensure operational and evolutionary maintenance of data solutions.
• Support health data coupling activities and perform ad hoc statistical analyses.
