Job summary

eXalt is seeking a Data Engineer with strong Azure Databricks experience to design and maintain data pipelines, storage structures, and data exchange endpoints for business stakeholders.

You will work with Python, SQL, and the Azure data ecosystem, collaborating with analysts to refine requirements and deliver reusable, integrated data solutions. A strong DevOps mindset and testing discipline are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years hands-on experience in at least 2 Azure/Data engineering areas.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks and the Azure data ecosystem.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and French and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Databricks and related services.
• Implement data enrichments and transformations with Python.
• Create storage structures and materialized views across analytical technologies.
• Develop data exchange endpoints for end users and teams.
• Work with data governance tools and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to testing and DevOps practices.
• Document technical solutions.
• Promote transversal data usage across the enterprise.
