Eurolysine is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Benelux (Belgium - remote). You will develop and manage the assigned territory in the animal nutrition and feed sector, collaborating with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical, Regulatory and Finance teams to drive sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

You will identify opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, manage accounts and distributors, and execute the commercial plan with discipline.

Responsabilités

• Deploy the sales strategy and commercial objectives across the Benelux territory.
• Identify, qualify and develop new customers and profitable opportunities.
• Promote, negotiate and close value-based offers and solutions.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with customers, key accounts, distributors and agents.
• Apply pricing, contractual and margin policies with rigor.
• Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to commercial planning and S&OP processes.
• Monitor territory performance including sales, volumes, margins and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular reporting to management.
• Track market trends, customer needs, feed industry dynamics and competitor activity.
