Unisensor is seeking a (Junior) Benelux Sales Manager to own the territory and drive revenue across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. You will lead market development, manage relationships, and forecast pipelines using CRM, collaborating with marketing, R&D, regulatory, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in food diagnostics sales, a science/engineering degree, and are native Dutch speakers with English and/or German skills. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in food diagnostics or similar field.
• Degree in science or engineering or equivalent acquired skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead market development initiatives and prioritize territories and accounts.
• Manage customer relationships and address first-level technical needs.
• Define and monitor sales forecasts, pipeline health and performance using CRM.
• Analyze market data and competitor landscape to support decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, regulatory and operations to meet customer needs.
• Build an effective direct sales network and drive margins.
• Travel and connect with opinion leaders to build industry consensus.
• Set up budgets and actions to achieve revenue growth.
