Ajax Systems, an international tech company and Europe’s leading security systems manufacturer, seeks a results-driven Business Developer for Belgium. You will shape plans, identify partners, and drive local growth for intrusion, video, and automation solutions.

With Belgium sales experience and fluent Dutch/French, you’ll build executive relationships, negotiate contracts, and analyze market trends to craft winning strategies with a strong, empowered team.

Qualifications

5+ years in the electronic security industry or a related field.
Sales experience in Belgium with partner onboarding.
Fluent Dutch and French; conversational English.
Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in Belgium.
Identify and onboard partners across the region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
