Job summary
MSX International is seeking a skilled automotive diagnostic specialist to guide dealer and workshop technicians across the Dutch-speaking market, remotely. You will act as a second-level technical support expert, resolving complex cases by phone and online, helping workshops achieve first-time fixes.
Based in Belgium or the Netherlands, you will leverage OEM diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams and measurements to diagnose and coach others, while building lasting relationships with regional
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on workshop experience as a Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
- Proven diagnostic expertise with OEM tools, wiring diagrams and measurements.
- Solid knowledge of current vehicle technology including CAN networks and hybrids.
- Fluent Dutch and French, plus good spoken and written English.
- EU work eligibility; reside in Belgium or the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for dealers and workshops via phone and online.
- Find root causes in mechanical, electrical/electronic, hybrid and EV systems and guide to first-time fix.
- Coach dealer technicians, identify gaps and recommend targeted training.
- Monitor repair processes, escalate cases and propose improvements.
- Document complex issues for the manufacturer's central technical organisation.
- Build lasting relationships with workshops regionally, focused on the end customer.
