MSX International is seeking an automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues. You’ll be the escalation point when others can’t fix it, helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs.

The role involves on-site and remote support, diagnosing electrical, electronic, and drivability faults, using OEM tools like wiTECH and DiagBOX, and coaching technicians. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support in workshop or field service.
• Ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience with workshops, engineering, or technical teams.
• Ability to guide technicians.
• Preferred: field-based or multi-site OEM support background.

Responsabilités

• Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults.
• Use OEM tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization.
• Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets.
• Create clear technical reports and case updates.
• Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance.
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement.

• Diagnostic methods:root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing

Language

• Workingproficiencyin Dutch/French/Englishrequired(written and spoken)
