MSX International is seeking an Automotive Technical Specialist – Level 2 to support the Dutch-speaking market remotely, guiding dealer and workshop technicians through complex diagnostic cases. You will resolve advanced faults by phone and online, using OEM tools and diagrams to drive first-time fixes.

Based in Belgium or the Netherlands, you will join a global service team delivering diagnostics at customer sites, with compensation up to €4,500 gross per month and benefits for home-office

Formación

• At least 3 years of hands-on workshop experience as a Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
• Proven diagnostic expertise with OEM tools, wiring diagrams, measurements (multimeter/oscilloscope).
• Solid knowledge of current vehicle technology: mechanical/electrical networks, CAN, and hybrids.
• Fluent Dutch and French; good English skills.
• EU work eligibility; reside in Belgium or the Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Act as second-level technical support for dealers and workshops, resolving complex diagnostic and repair cases by phone and online.
• Find the root cause of technical deviations on mechanical, electrical/electronic, hybrid and electric systems, guiding technicians to a first-time fix.
• Coach dealer technicians, identify competence gaps, and recommend targeted training to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor repair processes and escalated cases, report on dealer performance and propose improvements.
• Document complex technical issues clearly for the manufacturer's central technical organisation.
• Build lasting relationships with workshops in your region, keeping the end customer in focus.
