AB Volvo in Oostakker is seeking an Assistant Technical Support Engineer for the Diagnostics Team. This graduate role focuses on remote diagnostics, technical dealer support, and delivering premium service to Volvo Group customers.

You will join a diverse, multinational team of 12 professionals, contribute to troubleshooting, interpret technical documentation, and learn the software tools used across Volvo's diagnostic platforms.

Qualifications

• You have a technical background (automotive engineering) or, by experience, you have built up a broad technical knowledge.
• You have an analytic approach, problem-solving mindset and can interpret technical documentation.
• You understand how software applications work and can connect the dots when needed.
• You have experience working with computers and quickly adapt to new technology
• You have good collaboration and communication skills.
• You have a natural feel for continuous learning and personal involvement
• You are fluent in English,and at least one other European language (preferably Spanish or Italian).
• Any other European language is an asset!
• Experience of working in a dealership as a technician is a plus.
• You are willing to work on shifts. We provide support 24/7.
