Red Hat is seeking a Lead AI Architect to help grow our AI services business in the UK/Ireland region. You will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions, work closely with sales to scope engagements, and guide customers through architecture decisions and deployment.

The role is based in the UK with regular travel to client sites in London and Dublin, requiring strong technical and communication skills and a passion for open source AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect role with customer engagement.
• A strong understanding of the value of AI and the ability to position Red Hat's AI Services portfolio.
• Demonstrable experience talking about predictive and generative AI models, MLOps, drift, explainability, and observability.
• Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and the Kubernetes ecosystem in large-scale production environments.
• Exceptional communication and soft skills with the ability to navigate complex environments; sales experience in professional services.
• A good understanding of the Open Source community and English fluency; willingness to travel within the UKI region.

Responsabilités

• Support sales, scoping, and business development for our AI solutions in the UKI region; deliver deep technical workshops with customers to elicit use cases and solution architectures.
• Build interpersonal relationships with other Red Hat teams and serve as a trusted advisor to major UKI customers.
• Develop new consulting solutions that address common customer AI use cases and enable regional deployment.
• Act as lead architect on cutting-edge AI consulting projects with authority over design, implementation, and commissioning.
