Accenture is seeking an AI Lead Architect to define and implement AI adoption strategy within the Software & Platform Engineering capability. You will govern AI practices, shape offerings, and develop assets and delivery models across industries to position Accenture as a trusted client partner.

You will lead AI/architecture elements in complex transformation programs, build the required AI skills, and drive strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem while guiding internal and client

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT architecture and consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in AI, data platforms, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Proven ability to define and implement technology strategies or governance frameworks.
• Experience with AI/architecture perspectives in client delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English plus French or Dutch.
• Experience with AI frameworks, ethics, or compliance (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI delivery models in complex organizations (nice to have).
• Experience building capability (training, recruitment, mentoring) (nice to have).

Responsabilités

• Define and oversee the AI adoption strategy within S&PE, including governance, ways of working, and responsible AI practices.
• Shape the S&PE AI offering, creating assets, accelerators, and delivery models that can be leveraged across industries.
• Identify and develop the AI skill set needed within the capability to support future delivery projects (training, recruitment, knowledge sharing).
• Shaping and delivering complex client projects by providing an AI/architecture perspective, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with client needs.
• Drive strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem to accelerate innovation and impact.
• Act as a leader in AI within S&PE, fostering innovation and contributing to internal and client-facing discussions.
• Contribute to sales and opportunity shaping by bringing an AI architecture viewpoint.
