Redion (Europ Assistance) seeks an AI Engineer (Operations & AI Transformation) to design, build and deploy AI solutions across Mobility, Travel, Claims and Customer Service.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Data and Digital teams across four countries to implement end-to-end AI pipelines, LLM integrations, RAG prompts and governance. The role emphasizes responsible AI and GDPR compliance with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Experience with ML frameworks and production-grade AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, APIs, AI Automation.
• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies (preferred).
• Knowledge of GDPR and AI governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to connect technology with business outcomes and ROI.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for operational use cases.
• Develop conversational AI such as chatbots and voicebots.
• Create AI-powered decision support tools and copilots.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines from prototype to production.
