Sopra Steria is seeking an AI Architect to shape the architecture behind AI solutions and guide clients from ambition to robust, scalable implementation. You will translate business needs into concrete architectures and roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure lifecycle governance and production readiness.

You will work across traditional AI, NLP, LLMs and agentic AI, balancing innovation with practical, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of industry experience, with 5 years as AI Architect or in a similar role.
• Experience with traditional AI, NLP, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Comfortable with the ML lifecycle and MLOps/DevOps principles.
• Experience with modern Data & AI platforms.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider and knowledge of data ecosystems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master or PhD in Computer Engineering, IT, AI or related field.
• TOGAF, AI, and Data certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in English, and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Shape the architecture behind AI solutions and guide clients from ambition to implementation.
• Translate business needs into concrete AI architectures and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, data managers and architects to design sound, compliant solutions.
• Oversee full AI lifecycle: use-case definition, platform choices, MLOps, governance and monitoring.
• Ensure AI solutions are usable, maintainable and production-ready.
• Communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
