Atlas Copco's Specialty Rental Division seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead product and process improvements, boosting fleet reliability and enhancing regional operations. You will collaborate with regional teams, factories, and IT to upgrade services, implement dashboards, and drive AI-based troubleshooting tools.

The role emphasizes developing reliability metrics, cross-functional project involvement, and support for quality reporting across regions, reporting to the Global Reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new IT systems, including AI and novel applications.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with regional operations teams, factories and IT to implement dashboards and software solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and continuous improvement of reliability KPIs and dashboards.
• Act as operations representative in cross-functional project teams to safeguard operational requirements.
• Identify and drive improvements in reliability, processes, and service operations.
• Report to the Global Reliability Manager and support regional quality reporting.
