EngiFlex BV is seeking a Project Manager for regulatory initiatives in the life insurance sector. You will lead cross-functional programs aligning products, processes and IT with evolving Solvency II, IDD, ESG and AML requirements.

You will coordinate business, compliance, legal, actuarial and IT teams to deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions while managing timelines and budgets. Proficiency in French and English is expected; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or product management within life insurance or financial services.
• Strong track record delivering regulatory or distribution-related projects on time and within budget.
• Solid knowledge of life insurance products and Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks (FSMA, NBB, Solvency II, IDD).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects in a life insurance environment from scoping through implementation.
• Define project plans, timelines, budgets and resource needs.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, actuarial and IT.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Perform regulatory impact assessments and define mitigation actions.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and monitor execution against milestones.
• Work with product owners to adapt life insurance offerings to new regulations.
• Ensure customer journeys, documentation and disclosures comply with standards.
