Pauwels Consulting in Ixelles, Belgium, seeks an experienced Regulatory Delivery Lead for life insurance projects. You bridge business, compliance and IT to deliver compliant products and systems through end-to-end initiatives.

With 8+ years in life insurance or financial services, you translate Solvency II, IDD, ESG and AML into actionable requirements, coordinating legal, compliance, actuarial and IT stakeholders in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or product management within Life Insurance or financial services.
• Expert knowledge of Life Insurance products and regulatory frameworks (Solvency II, IDD, ESG, AML).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven track record in regulatory impact analysis and translating legislation into practical solutions.
• Strong change leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem solving.
• Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

Our client, a prominent organization in the life insurance sector, is looking for a professional to lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring products and systems comply with evolving regulatory requirements. The role acts as a bridge between business, compliance, and IT teams to deliver efficient and customer-centric solutions. Management of end-to-end delivery from scoping to implementation is central to the mission.

• You possess a proven track record in regulatory impact analysis and translating legislation into practical solutions.
• You bring strong expertise in change leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.

• You are fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Certification in project management such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile.
