Rhox is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead regulatory projects across life insurance products, systems and processes in Belgium. You will translate evolving requirements such as Solvency II, IDD, ESG and AML into practical delivery plans across business, compliance and IT.

You will manage scoping, timelines and budgets, coordinate diverse stakeholders from business, legal, compliance and actuarial teams, and ensure timely post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience delivering end-to-end projects in life insurance or financial services.
• Proven delivery of commercial and distribution projects in life insurance.
• Strong understanding of Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks (FSMA, NBB, Solvency II, IDD).
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Analytical skills to translate complex rules into workable solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Languages: French (B2), English (C1), Dutch (A2).

• Proven delivery of commercial and distribution projects in life insurance, on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks, including FSMA, NBB, Solvency II and IDD.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management, change leadership and clear communication.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex rules into workable solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• French (B2), English (C1) and Dutch (A2).

Nice to have

• A project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
