Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements in the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, defining plans and budgets, coordinating stakeholders, translating regulations into practical requirements, and ensuring compliant customer journeys and disclosures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or product management within life insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects related to life insurance products, systems, and processes, from scoping to implementation.
• Define project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including core business, legal, compliance, actuarial, and IT.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Assess impacts on products, processes, and systems, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners to adapt life insurance offerings in line with new regulations.
• Ensure customer journeys, documentation, and disclosures meet compliance standards.
• Liaise with compliance and risk teams to validate project scope and deliverables.
• Monitor regulatory timelines and ensure timely execution of required changes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and regulatory bodies when needed.
• Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and internal governance committees.
