Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader to guide the global regulatory data strategy. You will lead a team of data stewards and own the Regulatory Data Hub, ensuring trusted, high-quality data for decision-making across R&D and enterprise.

The role emphasizes governance, policy setting, and collaboration with IT, data science, and cross-functional partners to advance URP, MDM, eLabeling, and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Business, or Regulatory Affairs or equivalent.
• Regulatory knowledge and data governance experience required and preferred.
• Experience in large-scale pharma/regulatory data governance and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead data governance, ensure data integrity and stewardship for regulatory data.
• Chair Regulatory Data Council and align data governance with enterprise frameworks.
• Own Regulatory Data Hub and guide governance across data domains and tools.
• Drive end-to-end RIM transformation and AI-enabled tooling with trusted data.
• Lead, develop and manage a global team of data stewards and experts.
