Johnson & Johnson Beerse site seeks a Senior Manager / Associate Director for EHDS Data Cataloguing within Clinical Data Transparency. You will lead inventory, metadata standards, and data-owner coordination to ensure a scalable, compliant catalog across multiple regions.

The role requires 8+ years in data governance/biomedical data, advanced degree, and strong collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and IT. Hybrid work with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, data, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, or data experience in related disciplines.
• Experience with data cataloging, metadata management, data governance or related areas.
• Knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM) and familiarity with EHDS requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream across geographies.
• Coordinate data owners and ensure complete, accurate dataset descriptions.
• Define metadata standards, classification guidance, and data-owner instructions.
• Partner with Legal, Data Sharing, Privacy, and Tech to embed governance across legacy and future data holdings.
