Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director for the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Programme Management. The role leads a complex, multi-country initiative with Beerse, Belgium; Leiden, NL; UK; Switzerland; and US locations, operating in a hybrid model (3 days onsite weekly) with case-by-case remote options.

You will define strategy, governance, and an integrated delivery plan, coordinate across Global Development, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, and Technology, and report progress to

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in scientific, technology, healthcare, or business discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, or scientific leadership experience.
• Formal project or program management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive EHDS program direction, governance, and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across legal, privacy, regulatory, data, and technology.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgeting, resources, and oversight reporting.
• Provide executive-level updates and decisions; engage external advisors as needed.
• Build program management capability with fit-for-purpose methods and templates.
