Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director, External Manufacturing Regulatory Compliance Oversight to provide independent regulatory compliance oversight across the External Manufacturing network. The role partners with Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to identify emerging compliance risks and strengthen governance.

Travel up to 25-40% globally is expected, with a focus on EU Johnson & Johnson sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent regulatory compliance oversight, risk visibility, inspection-readiness support, governance, and organizational learning across the External Manufacturing network.
• Lead, coach, and develop compliance professionals supporting External Manufacturing oversight activities.
• Partner with external manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, procurement and regulatory affairs to strengthen compliance oversight and risk management.
