EG in Belgium, a leader in generic medicines, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for West-, Oost-Vlaanderen & Antwerpen to lead a pharma/medical reps team and drive regional growth.

You will translate national strategies into actionable regional plans, coach the team, and expand strategic partnerships while monitoring market trends and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. This full-time role requires travel and a commercial background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant commercial experience.
• Experience in field management in the pharma and by preference also in medical and Generics products
• Fluent in Dutch, with solid French.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

• Drive sales performance and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

• Ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities and perform key customer visits.
