Job summary

EG Generics Belgium, part of the STADA Group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for West-Flanders, East Flanders and Antwerp. You will lead a combined team of pharma and medical representatives, driving growth and implementing regional plans aligned with national objectives.

The role requires fluent Dutch with solid French, strong leadership, and willingness to travel extensively. You will report to the Sales Manager Generics and manage about 12 FTEs in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant commercial experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, with solid French.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and entrepreneurial skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a combined team of pharma and medical representatives focused on Generics (80% field work).
• Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans for West-Flanders, East Flanders and Antwerp.
• Drive sales performance and ensure alignment with EG’s values and procedures.
• Identify strategic partnerships and maintain external networks.
