Krka Belgium is seeking an experienced District Manager for the Flemish part of Belgium to lead and develop the field sales team. You will drive sales growth, plan activities, recruit and coach a team of about 8 representatives, and implement effective strategies in a competitive market.

You bring a completed degree in pharmacy or related field, several years in pharmaceutical field sales, and first management experience. Fluency in Dutch and English and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in human, veterinary, dental medicine, pharmacy or similar.
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales desired.
• First management experience as a regional manager or field force manager.
• Sales and results-oriented with strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking.

Responsabilités

• Responsibility for sales development and achieving sales targets in the region.
• Management and development of a future-proof sales team (~ 8 employees).
• Effective planning, coordination and management of all field sales activities.
• Securing and consolidating planned customer contacts; expanding presence in the region.
• Recruitment and coaching of new field sales employees.
• Creation and implementation of effective sales strategies; regular market and competition analyses.
• Compliance with target and planning specifications; cost control as budget manager in Austria.
• Organization and management of conferences, trade fairs and events.
