Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Regional Category Manager to lead IT procurement with a spend around $160 million. You will partner with IT, Global Services and business units to develop strategy, drive cost improvements and ensure compliance.

The role emphasizes supplier relationship management, data analysis and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, a bachelor’s degree and strong negotiation and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in procurement.
• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Broad-based understanding of business operations and core procurement areas.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, influencing and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement with cross-functional teams.
• Interface with supplier leadership to ensure alignment of objectives including quality, reliability and cost.
• Deliver annual value improvements and drive competitive advantage.
• Manage end-to-end category activities and key supplier relationships.
• Lead strategy development, stakeholder engagement and execution of procurement goals.
