Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Procurement leader for the SDS-MOPS (Sales & Distributor Services and Marketing Operations) in MedTech. This role translates commercial priorities into procurement-led value, delivering competitive advantage and operational excellence globally.

You will partner with senior commercial leadership, shape category strategies, and drive supplier relationships to enable growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in procurement, category management, or senior leadership.
• Proven success leading global category strategies and complex supplier ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic supplier relationship management for key segmented suppliers.
• Develop and maintain long-term supplier partnerships to support growth and innovation.
• Conduct complex negotiations and provide sourcing recommendations for executive approval.
• Drive global and regional cross-market sourcing initiatives (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Ensure supplier ecosystems remain competitive, resilient, and aligned with objectives.
• Deliver measurable procurement value through sourcing, performance improvement and innovation.
