Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager, Procurement Cost Engineering/Design to Value (DTV) to lead a team of engineers responsible for cost benchmarking, should-cost modeling, and data-driven negotiation support across Supply Chain Procurement. The role focuses on precision plastics and packaging, enabling cost analyses for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, procurement, cost engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline; an advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing precision plastics and/or packaging, preferably in pharma or medical devices.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of engineers to develop should-cost models and analysis reports.
• Provide cost-modeling inputs for supplier negotiations and category strategies.
• Collaborate with MSAT and PES to gather material specs and translate into cost insights.
• Develop cost structures and train teams on cost engineering principles across the function.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
