Accountable for delivering procurement results in support of the Innovative Medicine EMEA business strategy. The role partners with EMEA commercial leadership and procurement category teams to execute sourcing strategies, lead procurement initiatives, and manage supplier relationships across multiple markets.
The focus is on driving execution excellence at scale across EMEA , ensuring alignment between global category strategies and regional business needs, while embedding procurement into key business priorities and decision-making forums.
The role operates within a Agile Procurement model , leading critical sourcing projects and initiatives across multiple markets, and acting as a key connector between business stakeholders, category teams, and Global Services.
In addition, the role requires strong engagement with senior stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies are understood, adopted, and deliver measurable business impact, including value delivery, efficiency improvements, and supplier performance.
