The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5–7+ years in procurement, ideally in pharmaceutical environments, and a proven ability to lead cross-country programs within an Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5–7+ years of procurement experience in multi-country environments.
• Pharmaceutical / life sciences experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand EMEA Innovative Medicine priorities and translate into procurement initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement Category Leaders to adapt global strategies to EMEA realities.
• Lead complex multi-market sourcing events, negotiations, and projects across EMEA.
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and impact of procurement strategies.
• Drive delivery of procurement targets (savings, value, compliance, supplier performance).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Agile Procurement operating model.
