• 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience building technical organisations from the ground up.
• Proven ownership of production systems at scale.

• Lead enterprise technical engagements with customers throughout the sales process.
• Stay hands-on building integrations, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
• Build and lead the regional engineering and solutions organisation.
• Own customer delivery from design through deployment and production operation.
