Onetowin is seeking a Recruitment Support Consultant to provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. You will help manage recruitment activities, conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, follow up with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth flow through the recruitment funnel.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment support, talent acquisition or a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Conduct first-line candidate screenings and support candidate funnel management.
• Review and process incoming applications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, leadership stakeholders, and assistants.
• Manage calendars and identify suitable interview slots.
• Follow up proactively with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback on CVs and candidates.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps.
• Ensure accurate recruitment administration and process tracking.
• Support vacancy prioritization to keep recruitment processes moving efficiently.
• Monitor recruitment progress and actively follow up on outstanding actions and feedback.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
