onetowin data services is seeking a Recruitment Support Consultant to provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team in Antwerpen. You will help manage recruitment activities, conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth flow through the recruitment funnel.

The role suits a proactive, highly organized professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is optional but considered a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment support or talent acquisition.

Responsabilités

• Conduct first-line candidate screenings and support candidate funnel management.
• Review and process incoming applications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, leadership stakeholders, and assistants.
• Manage calendars and identify suitable interview slots.
• Follow up proactively with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback on CVs and candidates.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps.
• Ensure accurate recruitment administration and process tracking.
• Support vacancy prioritization to keep recruitment processes moving efficiently.
• Monitor recruitment progress and actively follow up on outstanding actions and feedback.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
