Lizy is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Brussels. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

This internship offers exposure to recruitment strategies, candidate experience optimization, and events, with remote work up to two days per week after the first month. Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Available for a 4–6 month internship.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment platforms and implement recruitment strategies.
• Screen applications and CVs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support interview coordination and feedback collection.
• Assist with employer branding, including job postings and events.
• Participate in projects to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
