Lizy is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Brussels. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

This internship offers exposure to recruitment strategies, candidate experience optimization, and events, with remote work up to two days per week after the first month. Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Available for a 4–6 month internship.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

The Position

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-growing startup, working closely with our Recruitment Manager and hiring managers while learning the full recruitment lifecycle.

About you

Your profile:

• An ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field


• Available for a 4-6 month internship


• Motivated to pursue a career in Human Resources


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit


• Comfortable working with confidential information


• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
