LIZY in Brussels is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers.

This 4-6 month internship offers exposure to platform management, CV screening, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Available for 4-6 month internship.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

The Position

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-growing startup, working closely with our Recruitment Manager and hiring managers while learning the full recruitment lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing recruitment platforms and implementing recruitment strategies.

Your profile:

• An ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Available for a 4-6 month internship
• Motivated to pursue a career in Human ResourcesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit
• Comfortable working with confidential information
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
