LIZY, headquartered in Brussels, is expanding and seeking a curious, driven Junior Purchaser to join our Fleet Operations Team. You will find value in sourcing car auctions, traders, and dealer networks across Europe, with room to grow into strategic relationships and buyback programs.

You’re likely fresh from university or in your first year, with sharp thinking and hustle, ready to cold-call dealers and uncover opportunities.

The Position

We are looking for a curious and driven Junior Purchaser to join our Fleet Operations Team. Your mission: Find the gold hidden in our sourcing funnel - car auction platforms, traders, dealer networks across Europe and beyond. Over time, you’ll get room to shape your own hunting ground, build the tools to scale, and grow into new dimensions of purchasing - from OEM and strategic relationships to complex buyback programs.

You’re probably fresh out of university, or in your first year on the job. You might not have a resume full of logos yet, but you’ve got sharp thinking, real hustle, and - ideally - a genuine interest in cars. You’d rather cold-call ten dealers than wait for someone to hand you a lead, and you get a kick out of finding value where nobody else has looked.

About you

• Hunter mentality: You don’t wait for volume to come to you - you go find it. Cold outreach, auction platforms, unfamiliar dealer networks: you’re comfortable knocking on doors nobody’s knocked on yet.


• Car curious: You’ve got a genuine interest in cars and how the market moves - you notice market values, spot a good deal, and want to understand why a car sells for what it sells for.


• Owner, not a renter: You take full ownership of the leads and channels you open, and you’re excited to make the calls yourself - literally.


• Resourceful: If a manual process is slowing you down, you look for a way around it - a smarter search, a spreadsheet, a script, maybe even a scraper. You don’t need to code, but you’re not afraid to figure it out.


• Organized under ambiguity: You can juggle many small, half-defined opportunities in parallel without dropping the good ones.
