Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking ambitious 360° Recruitment Consultants to grow the Belgian IT market. You will build your own market, win new clients, headhunt IT professionals and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.

You will develop long-term relationships with decision-makers, own your targets and pipeline, and enjoy training, performance rewards and clear career progression in a meritocratic environment.
