Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. in Halle is seeking a Receptionist to ensure smooth flow of bulk deliveries and raw materials.

You will coordinate loading/unloading, process inbound materials, and register transactions in SAP, while collaborating with logistics, planning and production teams to maintain safety and quality. The role requires multilingual Dutch, French and English skills; German is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
• Experience with SAP for goods receipt and inventory transactions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Experience in bulk transport or logistics environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily loading and unloading activities for bulk trucks carrying chocolate and raw materials.
• Verify transport documents, Certificates of Analysis and delivery information before processing deliveries.
• Review Certificates of Analysis against quality requirements and standards.
• Monitor bulk planning schedules and stay informed about expected deliveries and shipments.
• Review cleaning certificates and previous load information before unloading.
• Verify supplier approval status through approved supplier lists.
• Identify goods correctly and ensure accurate traceability throughout the process.
• Perform SAP transactions and administrative processing related to inbound and outbound movements.
• Escalate quality or operational concerns when deviations occur.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics operations.

About the role:

As a Receptionist, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and chocolate bulk deliveries at the Halle production site. You are responsible for coordinating the loading and unloading of bulk trucks, processing inbound materials and ensuring accurate registration of all transactions in SAP and related systems.

Working closely with logistics, planning and production teams, you help ensure that the right materials are available at the right time while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and hygiene.

About you:
