Redion is seeking an Operations Controller in the Brussels area to balance demand, capacity and performance in real time for Auto & Home Assistance. You will monitor workload, analyze KPIs and coordinate across teams to sustain fast, high-quality service delivery.

You will maintain dashboards, provide data-driven insights to Team Leaders and Managers, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, Dispatching, Traffic Management, Contact Center Operations or similar.
• Excellent Dutch and French language skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and reporting tools.
• Proactive, structured and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor workload, staffing and operational performance in real time.
• Analyze operational data, trends and KPIs.
• Adjust priorities to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate work distribution across teams and activities.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and performance deviations before they impact service delivery.
• Maintain dashboards, operational reports and performance analyses.
• Support Team Leaders and Managers with data-driven insights.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence.
